Wir haben eine Kinder-Geburtstagstorte bestellt, was leider eine große Enttäuschung war. Geschmacklich war die Torte nicht gut und sah auch nicht so aus, wie wir bestellt haben. (sollte rosa aussehen, aber sah braun aus). Bei der Abholung war die Verkäuferin sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent.
Die Torte kostete 35€, was überhaupt nicht der Wert war, ist gar nicht zu empfehlen.

Fast leer, aber man wartet ewig. ... die hinter der Kuchentheke fühlt sich als was besonderes und ist für nix zuständig, die ausländische Serviererin muß alles allein machen in drei Gasträumen. Sauberkeit naja. Qualität der Backwaren allerdings gut.
Röttgen sucht Servicepersonal! Dürfte wohl schwer werden bei dem Teamgeist dort.
