Neue Wasserleitungen in der gesamten Anlage schlagen da mal eben mit 750€ ontop zu Buche. Abwasserrohre enden im Garten statt in der Abwassergrube und müssen nach fehlerhafter Prüfung vom Neupächter neu verlegt werden - dazu muss erneut der ganze Garten aufgebudelt werden, von den Kosten ganz zu schweigen. Wir haben verdammt viel in dem Garten gearbeitet, ein Erholungsraum für die Familie wie es gedacht war ist es definitiv nicht! Vieles liegt im Ermessen des Vorstands, so kommt es, dass die einen Trampoline und Holzschuppen haben dürfen, 2 Gärten weiter wird dem nicht stattgegeben. Das führt zu Unmut zwischen den Pächtern. Generell eine Anlage vom alten Schlag die männlich geführt wird und Frauen nicht auf Augenhöhe begegnen. Die zahlenmäßig überlegenen Renter sind nicht erfreut über neue Familien, sie fühlen sich durchweg gestört. Schade, willkommen fühlen wir uns nicht.

Im Sommer lohnt immer wieder ein Besuch, entweder um in der Gaststätte etwas leckeres zu essen (da schmeckt es echt gut!) oder auf der großen Terrasse der Gaststätte ein Bier zu trinken oder wiederum ein leckeres Eis zu essen in der Eisdiehle nebenan!
Und wenn man genug gegessen hat, kann man einen Spaziergang zu den naheliegenden Seen machen oder einfach sich die Gärten in der Anlage anschauen.
