Der Aufbau war auch für Laien dank ausführlicher Beschreibung sehr einfach.
Aufgebaut im letzten Sommer, jetzt im Frühjahr die letzte Erdschicht aufgefüllt, sind bereits die ersten Pflänzchen eingezogen.

I have never experienced such good systematic preparation of the material along with instructions and descriptions. Each segment/board is marked, perfectly pre-drilled and fits together.
I had fun building it and felt great!

Fazit und Ergebnis:
Ich bin absolut zufrieden und sehr glücklich mich bei der Herstellung meines Hochbeets für diese Firma entschieden zu haben!
Der Kontakt per Telefon oder Mail ist sehr schnell, kompetent und angenehm. Ich fühlte mich sofort verstanden, bekam innerhalb eines Tages ein Angebot mit mehreren Optionen welches ich dann auch annahm.
Mann sicherte mir zu, dass Hochbeet innerhalb von 3 Wochen zu fertigen. Mit pünktlicher Fertigstellung wurde mir ein Foto meines aufgebauten Hochbeets zugesandt, im Anschluss das Beet wieder abgebaut und sehr gut für den Versand mit Spedition vorbereitet.
Den Aufbau bewältigte ich allein!
Noch nie habe ich eine derart gute systematische Vorbereitung des Materials nebst Anleitung und Beschreibung erlebt. Jedes Segment/Brett ist gekennzeichnet, perfekt vorgebohrt und passt an- bzw. ineinander.
Ich hatte Spaß beim Aufbau und fühlte mich großartig!
Dieses Unternehmen hat's einfach drauf und insbesondere verstanden was Kunden brauchen und wünschen!

The construction was very simple and intuitive, all necessary assembly material was included. Even the bit (Torx) for the cordless screwdriver was included. Not to forget that a firm foam pad was already attached to the posts of the bed to protect against moisture. The assembly instructions were perfectly designed. The raised bed is not yet filled, but it will be done in the next few days. I wish that there were more companies that had such perfection in their way of working.

Schon die Kontaktaufnahme war überaus positiv. Perfekte Umgangsform. Diese sucht man heutzutage leider viel zu oft. Ich hatte Samstagabend per Mail Kontakt aufgenommen und Herr Klotzbach Sen. rief noch am Sonntag an um einige Punkte hinsichtlich des von mir gewünschten Hochbeets zu klären. Die Fertigstellung dauerte gerade mal 8 Tage. In dieser Zeit schafft es noch nicht einmal eine Baumarktkette, welcher Marke auch immer, überhaupt eines zu liefern! Die Abholung gestaltete sich komplikationslos und alles war vorsorglich perfekt in Blasenfolie verpackt. Der Aufbau war sehr einfach und Intuitiv, alles nötige Montagematerial lag bei. Selbst der Bit (Torx) für den Akkuschrauber wurde mitgeliefert. Nicht zu vergessen, dass an den Pfosten des Beetes auch schon eine feste Schaumstoffunterlage zum Schutz vor Standnässe angebracht war. Die Aufbauanleitung war perfekt gestaltet. Noch ist das Hochbeet nicht gefüllt, wird aber in den nächsten Tagen erledigt. Ich wünschte mir, dass es mehr Betriebe gäbe die eine derartige Perfektion in ihrer Arbeitsweise hätten.
Ich kann die BSK Hochbeet-Farm nur wärmstens Empfehlen. Meinen besten Dank an Sie.

Die Lieferung erfolgte wie versprochen, sowohl zeitlich als auch im Umfang. Mit einer mehr als einfachen und verständlichen Aufbauanleitung bis zur letzten Schraube, die natürlich auch alle ausreichend beigelegt waren. Sogar der Bit zum reindrehen war dabei. Die Verarbeitung des Holzes für das Hochbeet ist bis ins letzte Detail perfekt. Dazu die passgenaue Teichfolie, Mausgitter und Schaumstoffunterlagen an den einzelnen Pfosten. Kurzum – wir sind restlos begeistert und zufrieden mit diesem Service, der an Kompetenz und Kundenfreundlichkeit nur schwer zu übertreffen sein dürfte.
