Rented a private room last night for a big group, staff u0026 Verona (I think she was a manager) were all really nice.
Venue had a good music catalogue u0026 sound system.
Me and my friends all had a really great time.

One of the servers was super rude which is embarrassing when I’m running a Meetup group so the girls I meet are new. He had this weird attitude that I didn’t like. He was snappy and argumentative in front of my group when I told him I had a room reservation so I had to show him the email to prove it (he literally should have just asked my name or asked for the email or something). He rolled his eyes when I asked if they take card. (Tax evasion alert!) He took his sweet time taking us to the room (ten minutes late plus the time he stopped at the bar and the time to explain the software etc) but they made sure to kick us out at 1am sharp. Also while he was leading us he stopped at the bar to chat with his friends. He was just very haughty for someone who works in a hallway—I mean karaoke lounge. After the owner’s response I definitely won’t bring my group to this raggedy place again. Ichiban is much better.

PS: their response to my review literally proves my point. Snappy, rude, argumentative, and haughty. Let the record show we didn’t get a discount. There were 7 of us, we paid six euro each for three hours in a room at 14/hr.

Waiter stole from us! We were paying for drinks immediately as you order then at the end he again brings us a bill of 100 Euros saying it was an unpaid bill. Couldn’t explain whose bill it was!!!! Shame on him. Since we were in a foreign country and didn’t want trouble we just paid!!!

We came spontaneously, fortunately they still had a room for us. It was a lot of fun. Nice waiters and reasonable prices. Overall very good, I would recommend it:)

Some mics were in bad condition but otherwise nice. Great for big groups
