Long wait lines. Understaffed. Poor people work at counter, and also run to clean the tables. Understaffed and underpayed, and very expensive.

What should I tell you...it’s KFC. Franchise makes it possible that the food taste like in any other German KFC. It’s located in a shopping mall / area, pretty easy to find. The service is friendly and helpful. It’s pretty small for a KFC but really clean and new. If you like chicken, go for it.
