Avoid. This place was probably good pre-pandemic but I’m not sure what the 4.5 avg is from. Maybe it’s because Germans don’t have a fine tuned palette or what?

I’ve eaten here twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times were subpar. My lunch dish was no non-remarkable. It was a duck dish in gravy and the portion sizes were small, the duck was overdone, and it just wasn’t good.

My dinner (that the associated photos show) was Pad Thai with shrimp. The noodles were over cooked and mushy it had 3 shrimp maybe and the rest was tofu. It was probably the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had.

The proprietor is nice and well meaning but the place is very understaffed. The wait times for things is very long. And then they don’t take cards. At lunch they did for anything over 10 euros. But today they didn’t. No reason was given. EC cards no. N26 Mastercards, no. I had to pull out cash.

If you like Thai food - this is a great place to eat. The only negative for us was that the food wasn’t spicy enough, because we are use to how they are making it in Thailand. Everything else was perfect - food tasted great, staff was friendly and attentive. They offer outdoor seating as well.

I ordered som tam for 10€ It tasted nothing. And too small portion. Doesn’t worth. Grapao doesn’t seasoned enough. Rice feel like under cook????????

This was an amazing place. They had great service and the food was even better. I would recommend this place it was a 10 out of 10. :)

One of a few Thai restaurants in Berlin that I find truly enjoyable. The food is authentic (of course not 100% as what you would get in Thailand but very close). They even have some dishes that even in Bangkok it's not easy to find like Kao ob sapparod and Tom manao dong. Very nice staff and good quality of service.

Every time I am craving for Thai food, I run to Kamala. And the smell there always reminds me of Bangkok. The place is nice and cozy, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Even the chef greets you when you enter and leave. Food taste really good and they have authentic thai spices (and not a spin off of what thai cuisine is). Highly recommended. Be sure to ask though about how spicy is your dish, especially if you‘re not very used to spicy food. But other than that, everything is great. Must try dishes are their chicken with cashew, pad thai, and tom yum soup and curry. You can also order for Take away/to go.

Can’t say it’s authentic but the pineapple rice and beef curry both taste good enough for a casual meal.
