Great place for letting your dog off its leash. Spacious and relaxing (most of the time).

The dogs love it, but they get sick there quite often. The association does their best to keep the place in great shape, but there are so many dogs sometimes, and the space got smaller. The city of Berlin should definitely find a better, larger and cleaner place with more grass on the ground so the great amount of dogs could have more place to run.

Or maybe the association could limit the number of people and dogs who could go by dividing groups into scheduled time slots. For instance, you could reserve your slot for two hours the days you would like to go. I don't know, this is just a suggestion so maybe diseases could have a lesser chance to be spread.

Great place to take your dog to play and spend his energy. Has enough space to allow dogs for mid range runs.

My daughter and I went there for the first time with our 10-month-old rescue puppy. He's very cautious around new dogs so we entered the park and stood far away from the play area so that he could acclimate a bit. Almost immediately another dog owner starting aggressively yelling at us to take him off his (short) leash as it was dangerous to the other dogs (who were nowhere near us, since we were still by the front gate). The people around her stared at us as if we were alien intruders. So we turned around and left. As far as I can see there is no rule that a dog must be unleashed the second you enter the park; but there is certainly a rule about treating others with politeness and respect.

My favorite doggie park within the Ring in Berlin so far. Big and fun for humans and dogs, comfortable to sit and socialize in, with shade, trees and plenty of activities. There are also lessons during the weekends and plenty of people with a lot of experience to share. Highly recommended!

This has so much potential! Big off lead area with trees and walkways but just so much broken glass :(
It was actually ridiculous, one of the walkways round the edge seemed ok at the beginning but we turned back and left as the more open areas just had so much broken glass around - enough that this must be a usual thing and no clear up has occurred for ages.
So disappointed, why people would bring glass bottles to a place reserved for dogs is beyond me. 2 stars for the potential of this dog area, we won’t be back as it’s obviously not looked after and we feared for our dog cutting her paws.

Good size for dogs to play, but has lots of glass pieces on the floor
