Ibis hotel in good location. My room was on a six floor. Windows are a quite hermetically.
Service was friendly and helpful. Prices are affordable. Breakfast it's high level and wide range products. Food is delicious in the hotel. Add we have panorama on the city, add value it's from the direction of East.

I booked this hotel because I was going for the Coldplay concert and needed somewhere within the walkable distance from the venue. After checking some of the reviews, it got me a bit nervous about staying there. But in fact when I got there, everything is in good order. Staff is nice and available 24/7. Facilities are old but everything is clean.

Good location, good welcoming and service. No noise from the outside, but you can hear a bit from the corridor. Not really an issue. Breakfast is served on the last floor with view, it is basic but proposes all you need, even waffle.

Ibis Hotel Messedamm is not a fancy hotel. It doesn’t claim to be one. But the breakfast room has great views overlooking Berlin, the breakfast itself is quite good, the rooms are clean and the location, because of the train and bus stations, is convenient. Most of the staff is friendly but I would like to particularly praise Andrea who works at the reception. She went above and beyond to assist me last month when I was in charge of a group of visitors. At that time the hotel was unable to serve breakfast and she was incredibly helpful in making sure that everyone’s needs were met despite the challenges. She always had smile on her face and a solution to any problem. Thanks again Andrea!

Good and big rooms. But a bit far to travel to city center.

Hotel is easily accessible and clean.

Has city views and close to restaurants insace you need to grab some food.

In general it was good, but for me in comparison with other Ibises and AccorHotels it was no so good.
