Fault company! Unprofessional stuff. Never use this buses! There a lot of another European bus lines with better quality! The guy who works at Berlin central bus station 08.09.22 during 09:00-10:00am was really rude and called passengers as “fault people”, he allowed himself to be irritable and rude.
All my trips in this buses was with really dirty seats and toilets.

Flixbus is real good to travel all over Europe. They are friendly staff and some times there bus driver are unprofessional with customers. Good customers service.You have access to internet and charging of phones.

Tried to book online, but the booking didn’t go through and no tickets were received. They still charged us and it’s impossible to contact costumer service

Every time i take Flixbus i regret. I'm done regretting. Dirty, slow, unreliable.

Not just a cheap but a fast, sage u0026 comfortable way to go anywhere you want to. Every time a good time!

We booked a round trip Berlin- Bremen - berlin and had twice old replacement buses with no wifi nor electricity plugs!!!
We payed extra to book specific seats numbers but it turned out that the replacement bus has different seats numbers u0026 sequence, so the driver told us to sit wherever we find an empty place as other passengers were sitting in our reserved seats.
1.5 hours delay in both ways!!!!!
Yes it’s an inexpensive transportation but the service quality is bad.

My luggages were lost. Both virtual media (app and website) and face-to-face staffs gave a very bad assistance. On virtual media, they didn't have any confirmation or return about the request. The staffs were still woster: I received three different and incomplete information. Bad service, staff not helpful, driver rude, no information... No doubts, I will never more get the flixbus and also never recommend it.
