The air conditioner of the whole hotel wasn't working, and we didn't get any warning of it on check in.
When we asked about it they told us the technician wasn't able to repair it the last couple of days, and that they didn't know when it will be working again. And the room window can only be opened just a little bit, so the room was really warm during the night, and we couldn't sleep well at all.
We didn't receive any kind of solution or compensation, not even some cold water.
Only after our third night sleeping like that and complaining about it, we got offered to unlock the window so we could fully open it. But that also didn't help at all because we still needed to use the blind to block the early summer sunlight, which also blocked most of the cool air coming in.
Kind of tainted the memories of an otherwise great vacation at Berlin

They are polite. The breakfast is enough. Just at the check in time they told us to wait till 15:00 we walked around but it was really good expeeience. I offer that place i. Its clean and new furnished.

Service is good, rooms are small, but the biggest issues was a parking. It is so narrow, so that you can easily damage the car. So if you have decided to stay in the hotel, please find a parking a lot around but not in underground one.

Smallish rooms but ok for the price. Air con is basically useless with zero cooling, coupled with rather stuffy rooms - I wouldn’t want to be there in a heatwave. Wi-Fi is patchy and too often won’t let you log on. Completely unacceptable is the total lack of any hot water for the last 36 hours with no public apology or even acknowledgment from the hotel.

I have never felt so unsafe in a hotel before plus I have never seen such a scandalous level of service in my life. On the second night of our stay, when we were already asleep a stranger enters our room (!!!) - he apparently had a card to the same room. That was quite a security breach and put us at a stress. The guy at the desk did not even apologize and blamed everything on the system. When we said the situation is not ok, he proposed we leave thr hotel if we do not like it. When in fact, the staff did not bother to mark both rooms we booked as unavailable. Never again. Avoid at all cost if you do not privacy invaded.

During the whole stay we had no warm water for shower and the air condition was broken.
The elevator also was broken at the first day.
Staff was friendly, but that does not make the water warmer or the air cooler...

I spent 5 days. The stuff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is great :)
The room is clean and sober.
Good experience.
