It was ok. Staff were nice and friendly. Hotel had luggage storage for us to use before we could check in and after we had checked out which is nice. Room was spacious, however very basic. No air con, not a lot of airflow going through the rooms. Our shower drain was clogged which almost flooded the bathroom a few times. Nice addition to have a free drink to skip room service though.

Had the basic amenities, but was absolutely not worth the price we paid. Feels more like an ibis Budget to be honest.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Around 27 degrees outside. There is no air conditioning, and no fan. Guys at receptions say that I should open the window (how clever). Water in room 2 euro for the bottle. No fridge. The toilet is built like a lego, gray paper. All that cost 112 euros for one night.

As plus metro station nearby.

Friendly staff. Bed okay but pillows were hard. No air conditioning. The shower shoots out into the room If you forget to close the door. Decent low price hotel tho

Nice clean hotel, much better than Ibis Budget. Good location for us and the rooms are clean and comfy enough.

Staff were polite and helpful except one in the 2 nights stay. we arrived before checking in time, they could only keep our suitcase and not check us in even though they knew we were coming from abroad and obviously tired. The room was hot++++evening and at night, no air conditioning system but ceiling fan which hardly reach the small bed in the room. ( 3 friends). Asked at the reception for extra fan but the answer was NO. Was told by the desk staff that hotels don't have a AC in Germany which I found ridiculous !!!
We went out for the function we came to Germany for at 9am couldn't make breakfast ( not the hotel problem) returned around 8pm and our room was left the same way , no cleaning , the bin was overflowing as we have left it.( before you start asking question or judging we did not request that the room should be left uncleaned). Walked down to reception to lodge complaint and the lady couldn't say why it wasn't cleaned but offered to empty the bin and gave us fresh towels.
There is no kettle or tea cups in this hotel. you have to come down to reception to either request hot water or buy tea or coffee.
The view from our room 14 is the cemetery ( can you imagine) and a pipe was passed through the room and it was uncomfortable near the small single bed.
Do I find any positive in this hotel yes the lift is working , the reception area looks modern, there is TV and you could get English speaking channel.
Wi fi is appalling

BEWARE ...... THEFT BY STAFF .... AVOID

(2018) This is a review in respect of the second stay at the hotel. Whilst I had a very good experience the first time I stayed, I am VERY unhappy about my 2nd stay.

I had approx 300 Euro stolen from a bag in which it was concealed. I complained to the manager who refused to to call the Police or call the cleaner/staff to account. In fact she was not interested u0026 questioned my honesty. This left me and my 12 year old daughter with just over 10 Euro for the remainder of the stay.

CLEARLY THE STAFF INVADE YOUR PRIVACY BY SEARCHING THROUGH YOUR BELONGINGS.

Complaints made to the head office met with no response.

(Stay 1, 2017) Excellent hotel within walking distance of Grenzallee on U7. Quiet location. Modern decorum and nice selection for breakfast. Staff are polite. Will use again.
