Hotel looks a lot nicer in the pictures than in real life. Breakfast is pretty good, but they don’t have enough irons available to iron your clothes and staff is very unwilling to help you obtain one or find out where their irons are…

A review from someone visiting from USA. Easy process for check in, the hotel is pretty dated and some rooms could use some new paint. Overall I have hardly heard a peep from other guests, however the street directly next to the hotel is quite busy and sirens are always going off at night and make it sound like they’re inside of your room. Breakfast is about 10 euro per person and it has a decent selection. The beds are comfortable for the most part, bathrooms and rooms in general appear clean. No A/C and it is very hot even with the windows open and fan going. Also the area immediately near by is kind of sketchy. Quick access to the airport and train/bus station.

Some basic things in this hotel is really bad, like no socket for cellphone and the telephone is not working. And the heating isn’t working in such cold day. The nearest Supermarkt is 700m away…. No drinks in the fridge. ????Thank you, I mean it.

I don't recommend this hotel. I came in summer and the air didn't work, the wifi was terrible and everything smells cigarette. I tried to change the room and the administration didn't wants.

Breakfasts are nice. Rooms are clean. Most staff is helpful. Bad policy of leaving the room key at the front desk when you leave for the day, exacerbated by one of the staff leaving sight of the desk to take a smoke break, making it easy for just anybody to reach around and take a key. Not very secure, and staff might know it because rooms have a sign warning not to leave valuables when you go out. Suggest a deposit policy instead.
Also, no air conditioning.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and bathroom had a bath and shower. The menu in the restaurant needs a couple more items on it. Otherwise it's a good hotel close to the airport with a bus connection less than 100m away.

We reserved a three person apartment, which turned out to be two single beds and cot inside one room. The hotel provided only one packet of instant coffee during our four day stay. 72 hour cancellation police is geared to prevent loss for the hotel, or we would have left after the first night. No air conditioning in the room, just a small fan. The hotel 30 ~40 min outside the city center. Roughly 400 meters from the U line.
