Ich habe für eine Leistung bezahlt die ich nicht erhalten habe. Geld ist weg für nix. Hier ist nichts mit Gästeerlebnis, Gästehaltung und Gästegewinnung. Ich bin ein Mensch der auch wenn sowas passiert, trotzdem 5 Sterne gibt, wenn gut reagiert wird. Aber sich zu WEIGERN das Geld zurück zu überweisen geht garnicht. Auch wenn es nur um 10 Euro geht. Mein weiß nie was für eine Person dahinter steckt. Es kann eine Person dahinter sein die reich ist, der 10 Euro egal sind, aber es kann auch jemand dahinter sein, der jeden cent umdrehen muss und sich etwas gönnen wollte ein mal im Quartal. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht.
