I rented an apartment here in June for a reasonable price and was told by the hotel manager the offer was extendable up to 6 months. The rent was increased by over 150% at very short notice. So I booked 2 nights extra for 80€/night. I explicitly asked for room service. The service was literally non-existent. The room was left dirty, no fresh towels, bed undone, no cleaning. They did however empty 1 of 2 bins and most notably - while leaving the room messed up - found time to do some toilet paper origami. No apologies, no refund, the hotel manager was unavailable. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory!

Good location, big room with many facilities, comfortable beds. Though very noisy and the room did not get cleaned properly. I think recently i31 hotels bought this franchise (it is the hotel next door, we had to do the check-in there as well), and maybe due to that there are still some logistic problems. When I compained about it, they told me they had some issues with the cleaning company in the HSH hotels but were working on it.

Can not complain about the approach since entire Berlin roads are dug up . These apartments are very good. We were not expecting so much. It was like staying in your own home. Wish we had more time to enjoy the stay . Had a huge balcony ,perfect sit out area. had a fully loaded kitchen . A supermarket is very close to the hotel. Even the bedroom had a small standing balcony which I left the door open at night for more air. Rooms are huge. Reception staff is all there to assist and help. If you have a car they have parking right next to the reception entrance so you drive towards the hotel entry. I opted to park my car in a lane next to the hotel to save some money.From 9pm to 7 pm it's free parking anyway.Loved the place. Value for money. Of course they also have a common laundry and provide the detergent powder for 50 cents one cycle. Very clean apartments with housekeeping standard 5 star rating.

Wide and comfortable room, extremely well arranged up to the details, with a balcony; Daily Cleaning.
The kitchen area is well fitted;
The staff is always pleasant, discreet and very efficient. The building is in a quiet area but well located - easy to visit by foot a lot of quarters - and very well served by trams, metro and bus. Price very reasonable

The room itself was very nice and comfortable. Reasonable prices and excellent location. However, I booked for 3 nights, and it was cleaned only on the 1st night. The garbage wasn't taken out either. I didn't find this acceptable service. The phone in the room wasn't working, I complained on the 1st day, and was promised it would be sorted the next day. Nothing happened, and I was too tired to go down and complain again.

Stayed as family of four in the family apartments. They are clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the city centre and central railway station. Everything you need including fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended

The location of the hotel was excellent with U Bahn, S Bahn and trams nearby. The room was clean and tidy and the kitchen facilities meant we could do our own breakfast or any meal if we wanted. The hotel was good value. My friends stayed in a room at the front of the hotel and they said the noise from the trams which run 24 hours was disturbing despite the double glazing. My room at the back was fine. The only real issue I had was the safe in the room was not working and there was a problem with the shower and despite reporting these problems several times to reception they were not resolved during my seven night stay.
