I'm visiting quite often Sons of Mana to grab a fast bowl to go. My most favourite bowl has to be the Truffle Salmon due to the nice parmesan truffle seasoning and the good taste of ingridients altogether. When I feel like making a change, I usually go for the Mana Grilled Salmon as I enjoy the combination of salmon and fried shrimp taste.
The place is nicely decorated, with colors and prints matching to the food theme and there is even free tea offered to go together with your bowl.
Another aspect I find quite important is the sustainability regarding their take away packaging, with the bowl being out of paper and only the top out of plastic, thing that many other places don't have under control.
Pricing is normal, not at all expensive for the size of the bowls and the service is always fast and super friendly.
Completely recommending !!

After testing the vegan bowl and the jackfruit bowl a few times: Delicious compositions with great tasting ingredients. The sauces are very yummy.

I just think that the prices are a bit high for the amount of food you get (it's mostly rice) - that's why I only give 4 stars.

Tasty and visually appealing. The ingredients are fresh and, at the time of writing, a glass of free tea is available for your enjoyment with the meal. The setting is nice and they prepare the salmon inn front of you. The service is great, staff are friendly and it is a nice place to eat if you want something filling, appealing and tasty to-go. Sons of Mana is definitely worth a try and I will certainly be going again.

Depends on what you like. I don’t think I’ll go there again. It was ok. But to my taste:
Tempura shrimp was too oily and I asked “no kimchi cucumber”, cause I don’t eat spicy at the moment. Still it was on top of the dish - so all that was underneath- was in the hot sauce. And I paid €9 (+€1,5 for extra edamame). I know a great sushi place with excellent fast lunch for €11, that I’d prefer eating instead. And it’s just there are other sushi bowl places I had a better experience at..

I ordered salmon bowl and grilled salmon bowl via Wolt. The salmon have a weird bitter taste and the rice is all sticker together. The grilled salmon bowl is way too salty, which taste like they just chunks the salt or soya into the rice.
