Very comfortable hotel. For us very close to our son and his wife. It's very well located for restaurants, shops and transport. We did not use any services but the room was kept tidy and stocked. It looks basic as you enter but improves on closer inspection. Slightly old fashioned but very well maintained. Will happily stay again.

I visited during Easter weekend. Bad choice on my part. But, the best part of my stay was this hotel.

This is an old style European hotel. That means, if you want or need USA type hotels, you won't like it here.

But, I enjoyed the old world charm, eclectic neighborhood and very close to all sorts of public transport.

Of course, the staff is German, but I heard them speak English to guests. They were also friendly and helpful.

There is a great heating system in the room for colder nights.

Very bad experience.
No breakfast although it was mentioned that breakfast was included.
Room so badly isolated and was able to hear load noise coming from the street.
No air conditioning It was so warm in the room.
Wifi was bad with slow internet connection.

A really cute hotel located in a nice place full of coffee house and restaurants.
The only problem is that they don't have AC but we settled with the fan :)

Large and spacious room with all the amenities you'd need. Getting in and out was a breeze
