Good things first: very charming building/rooms spread all over an old building complex. Ceilings are high, room is big and really clean. Now the things we didn't like - WiFi is a joke. Neither in the room, nor at breakfast could we really use it. Super slow, very bad coverage. In 2019 a joke. After asking the staff several times the connection was improved for like 2 minutes. The price was too high for what we got. The location is good for a city dweller however. So a mixed experience.

The perfect combination of cool, taste and practicality .A pearl for those who want to experience that boutique hotel is not only a place to sleep and be papered by friendly staff but a lesson for life choices.

I've been at the cafe several times for brunch on Sunday morning and it's really good. There's quality food that gets refilled pretty regularly and there are cold and hot dishes. If you go there in winter, you even get to try the chocolate fondue fountain which is done with Sarotti chocolate. Really worth a shot if you've never been there!

Good place in the convenient and hip Kreuzburg neighborhood. In spite of it being 90°F in Berlin for a couple of days and this hotel not having A/C, room temperature was comfortable. Little fridge in room was broken but they were able to exchange it with a working one. No noise from the street, but some noise from disrespectful guests who arrive late at night. Courtyard echoes the sound and the card-scanning for opening doors was loud at night. Staff is helpful, beds are comfortable, everything is very clean and smells welcoming. Great wi-fi!

This is the hotel next to my ex-company. I stayed there for a night when I was first in Berlin. The hotel has basic facilities for you to stay comfy and they had breakfast buffet. Very nice one.

This was, by far, the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Deutschland! And we stayed at plenty! We were in Germany for three weeks and stayed at a total of six hotels, from Berlin to München to Köln - and a few stops in between. If I was in Berlin again, I would stay here again. If you are going to Berlin, I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Sarotti-Höfe to you!

Very unusuall hotel in nice part of Berlin. It is like flash to the past - back to industrial revolution. Hotel is in old chockolate factory. And very pleasant. Real Berlin!
