Terrible experience with the brunch today. Infamous "food", no plate, no cutlery, no service.guess code and cake can give you another view, but the branch was awful. And expensive.

The buffet offers cold and warm dishes, but eggs, baked tomatoes (unripe) and scrambled eggs (it smelled fishy) should be considered warm dishes. The service was very unfriendly! Loudly instructed other guests how to properly put the GDR covers aside ... as others before me noticed, the displays are not of high quality, rather simply cheap. If you want something “nice” like cappuccino or hot chocolate you have to pay extra!
The ambience was definitely nice, but now it's just neglected, which you can see from the layer of dust on the decoration. The waste bins are also made of plain plastic, more like planters. The glasses for the juice are slightly soiled and leave a strange film on the drink. In addition, the glasses are not even uniform, the tables are not wiped, only cleared when requested, but then with a face like a declaration of war ...
Unfortunately, the minimum rating is only 1 star. Otherwise I would have given a half, but only because there was a current daily newspaper for my husband.
Perhaps the health department should take action here, the waitress takes hold of the buffet and sorts the food without gloves!
If we hadn't had a Groupon voucher, I wouldn't have stayed here. The price-performance ratio is not given. You should get something for it if you stay here !!!

Wir waren an einem Wochentag hier. Hofften auf ein entspanntes Frühstücksbüffet mit Gemütlichkeit! Extra Urlaub genommen um mal bisl Zweisamkeit zu genießen!

Empfangen worden sind wir von einem ungepflegten Wicht mit Basecap. Von Stil fehlte jede Spur! Hatte ich mir einfach mehr vom Namen erhofft!!
Räumlichkeiten sind renovierungsbedürftig!
Das Orange-rot auf den Bildern ist gepinselt und nichtmal Tapete! Wir platzierten uns selbst. Das Büfett bietet kalte und warme Speisen, jedoch sollten Eier, gebackene Tomaten (unreif) sowie Rührei( es roch fischig) doch eher zu warmen Speisen zählen. Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich! Belehrte andere Gäste lautstark, wie die DDR-Abdeckungen richtig beiseite gelegt werden...wie auch schon andere vor mir feststellten, sind die Auslagen nicht qualitativ wertvoll, eher sogar einfach nur billig. Möchte man etwas „Schönes“ wie Cappuccino oder heiße Schokolade muss man zusätzlich zahlen!
Vom Ambiente her war es bestimmt mal schön, aber jetzt ist es nur ungepflegt, was man an der Staubschicht auf der Deko sehen kann. Auch die Abfallbehälter sind aus schnöder Plastik, eher waren es mal Übertöpfe. Die Gläser für den Saft sind leicht verschmutzt und hinterlassen einen seltsamen Film auf dem Getränk. Zudem sind es noch nichtmal einheitliche Gläser, die Tische werden nicht abgewischt, nur nach Aufforderung abgeräumt, dann aber auch mit einem Gesicht wie Kampfansage...
Leider gibt es ja als Mindestbewertung nur 1 Stern. Hätte sonst einen halben gegeben, aber auch nur weil es eine aktuelle Tageszeitung für meinen Mann gab.
Vielleicht sollte hier auch mal das Gesundheitsamt tätig werden, die Bedienung fasst auf das Buffet und sortiert ohne Handschuhe die Lebensmittel!
Hätten wir nicht einen Groupon-Gutschein gehabt, wäre ich nicht hier geblieben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gegeben. Eher sollte man was dafür bekommen, wenn man sich hier aufhält!!!

Wir haben jahrelang unseren Stammtisch hier durchgeführt. Nachdem einige Monate geschlossen war, nun erstmals wieder. Die Bedienung war sehr flapsig, das Angebot sozusagen nicht existent und aus der minimalen Auswahl haben wir auf einen Bagel mit Putenbrust eine Stunde gewartet. Er hat gut geschmeckt, wenn ich auch die Putenbrust nicht finden konnte. Unbedingt mehr Mühe geben, vor allem auch mit dem Service, wir hätten doppelt so viel bestellt, wenn die Kellnerin freundlicher und fähiger gewesen wäre
