Nice hotel. Very good price for all the essential services you need. I think that the position of the Hotel is great. The rooms and the hotel in general is super clean. You have the chance to have a coffee and a snack during the whole day for free. The only negative point is the fact that during our stay unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working, and we had some issues with the key rooms. Thank you great hotel, might reconsider if I come back again.

I highly recommend this hotel. I have nothing bad to say about it. Everything worked well, staff seemed friendly and price was good. Location was absolutely perfect. Close to everything, calm, nice coffee shops and restaurants around. I didn't eat breakfast there but there is a supermarket very close to it that is open all day and night. And they offered free coffee at all times. And cake too!

Very good hotel for the price! There’s nothing special about the rooms but they’re clean and functional. Staff is really nice. There’s water available all the time in the restaurant, breakfast has extended hours and there’s coffee and cake in the afternoon. The location is also very good, not to far from Potsdamerplatz. Would stay again.

I had a quite room facing the backyard. Although being on the top floor and a hot day, not hot in the room (no air-conditioning).
Would stay again if needed.

Great hotel, very nice and understanding staff! The rooms are very nicely decorated and the food is delicious!

Truly enjoyed my stay there. Free coffee after noon from the coffee machine! Nollendorf U line is only a few miles from the premises, as well as an Eteka market and tons of restaurants.

I stayed here for 5 days with my wife and we will never be rebooking with them. On the third day, we opted to have house cleaning clean our room while we were out sight seeing. When we returned, my AirPods had been stolen from my room. I tracked their location using Apple’s FindMy App and their last location was our hotel, where I left them when we went out for the day. We throughly searched the room and was unable to find them.

When we were checking out, we tried to report the missing items to the person checking us out. Up until this point, they had been able to assist us in perfect English, but once we brought up the missing items, we were told they couldn’t understand us and we needed to call back at a later time. We emailed stating our missing item and they responded immediately that they would not investigate the missing item and we could contact the police if we wanted.

My German Aunt offered to call and speak with them in German to see what could be done. After the call, she said she was not treated well by the person she spoke with and was again referred to file a police report.

I am disappointed in the service and am out $200 headphones. Please beware of your personal items if you do choose to book with them. I am glad I didn’t leave anything more valuable in my room.
