This is a well run hotel, management constantly on their toes at breakfast time, no mucking about here the dining staff forever clearing tables. Do try the fresh coffee from the cafeteria. Reception can't do enough when asked. Rooms very clean, attended to every day by a competent crew.
Which brings me to the bar, all the beer is good quality, cocktails made by the delicate hand of Regina who was amazing. Always there to talk to, but, very attentive to all customers. A very big shout out to all staff at this brilliant HOTEL.

we stayed here for 3 nights last week and were very happy with everything. Our room was spotlessly clean and every morning, by the time we had returned from breakfast, our room had been cleaned, the beds made and fresh towels supplied. We were eating out with family so didn't use the restaurant for evening meals, but had breakfast every day. The choice of food on offer was excellent and everything was fresh and of good quality. The staff at this hotel were also very helpful and friendly, especially those on the reception area and in the bar. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked for help. I would definitely come back here again.

Good place to stay in Berlin. Our room was spacey and clean. The location is good to explore the city by foot. I mean, if you are not worried about walking some distance. The staff is friendly and experienced. There is a parking garage available, too We stayed there two times and will come back for sure if we go to Berlin again.

Nice, clean and modern property. Free parking in adjacent garage. Situated on the U2 metro line, which operates the most Berlin´s highlights. Within 15 min. walk from the ZOO. Comfortable rooms, very well equipped. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Overall it provides a very pleasant stay.

Spent 3 nights, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Early check in was possible, room was quite big, with safe kettle and refrigerator. Gym open 24/7 with adequate equipment. Breakfast was very nice with a decent selection to choose from. Excellent location near the center, metro, shopping and parks. My only criticism is the restaurant manager in the morning with bald head tends to walk around without wearing his mask. It is a bad example to his staff who must follow covid rules but he feels exempt. However I would stay here again if opportunity arises. Thanks

Great hotel! Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet. The free parking is also an amazing addition (just remember to get an emission sticker before entering the low emission zone). If you book here I highly recommend requesting a good view!

We had a little mishap with our booking but Pamina was our front desk help and she helped us out tremendously. She was incredibly helpful, speedy, accommodating and was empathetic towards our situation. She really did the best she could to make to make our experience great. The hotel room itself was wonderful and we got an amazing view of the city. Spacious and comfortable my favorite was rain shower head. Great place to stay and wish we were in Berlin for a longer stay.
