A charming little hotel located in a very good and calm neighbourhood close to the Potsdamerplatz and lots of main attractions. The room we had was enormous, comfortable and clean. It was not well equipped but we did not need much for only a one night. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, just bread, come eggs, cheese and jam. Coffee was delicious though. :) the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. All in all I recommend it, especially for an affordable price

A really lovely hotel with friendly and chatting staff members. All were really accommodating and the room was lovely! We were able to leave our bags at the hotel with no issue until our flight on the last day, which was very convenient. The only difficulty is finding the correct entrance into the courtyard where the hotel is situated.

A quaint hotel with a relaxed and rustic feel. Although renovations was underway it never intruded on privacy or caused any inconvenience. Selection and quality of food was good. It was well presented with a good variety and choice (full English breakfast). The hotel location is good and walking distance from the city attractions (depending on your definition of walking distance). Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean and neat and room service was good. Rooms was furnished with the basic necessities (bed, bathroom, cupboard, tv and table with 2 chairs). My stay was pleasant and the accommodation was reasonably priced and good value for money. WiFi was available for guests.

Worst hotel experience ever!

I let them know when we’re arriving late. When we got there no one was around. I called the hotel number and a woman picked up. She said she left Berlin and won’t help me and hung up on me. I called them again and she hung up on me again.

The area is a place where hookers work the streets a block away. Seedy and nasty. In a way we were glad bc the Hotel Berlin down the street was a million times better and same price. Don’t stay at this place unless u want to be in a dangerous and skeptical neighborhood and can risk the hotel staff leaving u high and dry at night.

The apartment we rented was unavailable for one night so we were sent here. Wow what a hotel. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, breakfast was fabulous (bacon u0026 eggs, fresh squeeze oj etc) and such helpful staff
