I wasn't very impressed by this place. The shared bathroom didn't deadbolt from the inside, which was extremely concerning to me as a female solo traveler. Anyone with the key could have walked in on me - accidentally or on purpose - while I was using the shared restroom/shower. This is a safety concern. The wifi didn't work in my room, which was disappointing. This seemed to be isolated to my room, though. The reception was very sweet, but they offered excuses not solutions. They also could not store my luggage because they work inconsistent hours and could not tell me when they would be in the office. There wasn't a functioning ac or fan, so it got VERY hot. It was a cheap price for a private room, the beds were comfortable, and there was a fridge in the room which was nice

Totally unfriendly host (like a military officer), terrible location (far away from every kind of civilisation), reception desk works from 12:00 so if you come earlier you have no place to leave your luggage...there is absolutely nothing nice to say about this property except to avoid it at any price! My first terrible experience in Berlin.

Dirty and small room. There is not any support, rooms do not have aircondition, the area of the hotel dengerous... anda many things. Dont west money and time

Very far from anything and still on a noisy street. We could check out later then the opening times of the reception though.

Horrible service, They did not provide any refund and sold my ro to another one(Double profit) I don't recommend this plase to anyone!!!!

Nice place, clean, top superspeed WiFi, comfort bed and toilet, just noisy, very noisy because hotel employers (cleaners??) Shouted and made rumors in the early morning so I was waked up by them the two mornings I was there. For the rest really suggested. Very close to tram stop, receptionists very kind and guests oriented, good place for breakfasts they suggested me!!

Very disappointing. Went here yesterday to check in but they didn't have any room for us, but we booked the room last December. I understand that mistakes happens, I just wish we could get some kind of help. We booked another hostel, that is more expensive........
