I have had 2 cosmetic treatments in this little island of tranquility. Beautician was super attentive and professional. Only natural products are used, no microplastics! Nice no-kitsch relaxation music while you enjoy a face massage or wait for a masque to work. I was offered coffee and a warm blanket. Overall, 5 stars!

This is a swindle, they even take care to enter many false reviews to try to balance out the one-star reviews.

We booked through Groupon, and before giving an appointment, they insisted on getting the coupon code immediately so that they could be paid immediately.

Two months later (only appointment available) when we arrived, they said that the staff member was sick, but they didn't bother to contact us before we arrived. For the next six months they have constantly refused to offer any appointment for the service they are already paid for.

I discovered Figurstudio over Daylideal voucher. Only first visit was friendly. The rest of the treatments was a hell. Difficult to get an appointment. They can cancel any time. On my side even when I was sick they charged me for not canceling a day before.

I don't understand who might like this figure studio. I don't feel comfortable calling every time to make an appointment to use the gym. Why is it necessary at all?

The place is in Pankow, not very central but well enough communicated. The stuff is friendly and correct.
