Shared toilet with private keys is ridiculous

The bedroom has two windows, but only one curtain and thus a lot of light enters making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom's architecture is weird, with a giant hole over the toilet from where anything might come creeping. The shower didn't have a sustainer for shampoo so one has to put it on the floor. The room is incredibly narrow. The service almost nonexistent.
Certainly not worth over hundred euros.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the Wi-fi doesn't work if your on an Android but it works on iPhone

The worst customer service I've ever experienced!
At check-in, reception was closed, the 'emergency number' was just the reception number so no one answered, we didn't get our room, the next morning the staff were dismissive and told us to speak with the manager (who wasn't there), and the manager never replies to messages or calls.
We heard another couple with the exact same problem that morning, and staff were just as rude to them!
Book at your own risk!

The hotel is very centrally located, every place is reached in a few minutes. Charming and clean rooms, very helpful staff. Late check-in was no problem.

Well... there was a room ! Had problems with getting the key..but after 20 minutes of calling on mobile the Doors got opened.

The place is nice and the rooms are clean. The WiFi is not really good and some rooms are not as comfortable as the pictures show. (Some are really small and tight)

Very friendly employees and nice customer service. The room is quite spacious and nicely prepared for the arrival.
It's appropriate for the price you pay.
