The staff is so incredibly helpful and willing, which gave this - already very special hotel - a feel-good vibe. The premises are rather low-key, it’s not there to impress, but it’s functional. I adored that the hotel was especially welcoming to people with disabilities and was arranged that way (they even ask about your limitations in a questionnaire during the check-in). There’re just a few rooms, so the homey vibe is omnipresent.
Loved how spacious the rooms were.

It is situated slightly further from the city center but the connections are pretty good, and I enjoyed this area I’ve never been to before

Nice little place for being price sensitive on travel. The host is nice and there are plenty of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Tram is out front and S bahn a block away

Very nice hotel with kind staff and service. It's a bit far from the centure but the public is so close to the hotel and it takes 35 mins to go there. The satffs are so helpful. We had a very good breakfast there which did not include the room but we really enjoyed it.

No air condition in the building. We were met in a lobby full of sigarette smoke, It all seemed a bit worn down. Plus: bathroom seemed pretty new.

Awesome hotel in a cozy neighborhood with nice rooms and good variety of choices for the breakfast. Easily accessible to downtown by tram.

It's cannot sounds true, but the receptionist, of that hotel doesn't speak english not even basic english! The hotel is registered on booking, so they supposedly will receive international tourists, so you expect at least the receptionists to speak the universal language - English! but not. Now around 14:30 on 15/06/2022, I needed to go to reception to take the food that I ordered though an app, and she was speaking with me in german, and was getting nervous because I couldn't understand her, was really rude with me and started to kicking me out of reception, completely unacceptable behaviour with a client, I was trying to order for lend me cutlery to eat my food. But she kicked me off from there with out understand one word that I said! Surreal
