Not a luxury hotel but the hotel has everything that you need - and the breakfast was very good.
Rooms was small with basic furnishings but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
Breakfast was a good buffet with eggs, smoked salmon, and the usual pastries.
Also it’s a good location and it’s affordable.

My wife, my sister in law and I have stayed numerous times over the years whilst visiting family in Berlin. The reception we have received has always been genuinely warm and welcoming.
The rooms have always been clean and well maintained . The buffet breakfast offers a very good choice of fresh foods in a very pleasant dining room.
The hotel is conveniently situated to public transport for access to the nearby central Berlin tourist sights.
We look forward to many return visits.

Hotel is clean, tidy and politely staffed. Amenities and rooms are standard 3*, not the most modern decor but fair value and well maintained. Overall I would definitely recommend for short stays in this location.

Great building looking outside like supposed future of the 1970's. Rooms also with wooded panels and great windows facing the Hasenheide-park. Breakfast terrace really comfortable and breakfast great! We stayed with a child and the Hasenheide park has great playgrounds and even a small zoo!

Quite a nice 3 star hotel. The hotel breakfast is pretty good actually, I was expecting a lot less but was pleasantly surprised. I also like the fact that they try sound proof the rooms as much as possible by having multiple doors in the corridors. The location of the hotel is also nice, situated in a quirky part of town with alot of night life near by. The U-Bahn station is also really close by.

This was not the first time I stayed in the Ludwig the location is convenient for me visiting family and exploring Berlin.
The staff is very helpful, friendly and make you feel at home.
The room was was spacious, clean, and functional.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice. The room was clean and mostly quiet. The bed was not the most comfortable and there was no safe in the room, but overall for the price/location, I thought it was okay.
