I was there for Tom Odell concert and it was totally awesome. Mail hall tickets are all same and you can't buy any VIP tickets. So it depends how early you get there. We were there 3 hours before starting time and still there was queue with 15-20 people. The sound system was pretty good and staffs were normal. Toilet was super clean. Also you have to pay for if you want they keeping your clothes. There is a supermarket just next to building and so many restaurants around. It's so easy to get there by train.

The venue is very nice, beer is affordable and very well ventilated.
I would absolutely come back for other concerts.

Was there for the Blind Guradian concert. Unfortunately no ventilation, so it got heated quite a bit. Overall good experience though

There's a fee for leaving your jacket. Sound not always ideal but overall ok.

Huxley's Neue Welt hosted Oxxxymiron's concert "Russians Against War". The fact that Russians and Ukrainians could get together despite what is happening, was amazing.
There was a 2 km line to the entrance and then a huge line to the cloakroom, which was €2.. Even if you come with an empty bottle, it will be confiscated by the security and stored until the end of the concert. Another thing that shocked me were prices on water - €4. Some of it is a deposit for a cup. So you can't bring your own cup/bottle, and have to pay deposit for theirs...
