The apartment room was simple but spacious, the bathroom was big. We got a decent deal on it which made it worth it. The balcony was great.
We paid for breakfast and were thoroughly disappointed. We got there at 9am (breakfast runs through 10), and there was almost nothing left or refilled. We had to ask for every slice of cheese or meat. Definitely not worth adding.
Otherwise, location was ok. It is great for university related business but otherwise “so-so”.

The service is good as general. The hotel is accessible for people with disabilities.

But the resturant is not so much good.
Yet it can be better.

Bad experience and poor customer service. Upon arrival the reception desk was closed. Called a phone number but no one answered. I had to go to another place. They did not want to refund the night.

The hotel is nice and the staff very friendly. The rooms are very spacious and quiet.
Beautiful garden where you can relax and drink a beer. The structure is placed in a very quiet area with lots of greenery and close to Berlin Wall Museum and the Jewish cemetery.
Positive experience. I would go back.

I travelled to this hotel for business and it was a pleasant stay. The staff is great, breakfast is good, the room is spacious, and it's walking distance to the U-Bahn, buses, and trams. They do have laundry service which was great for extended trips! A bit of drawback is the location. The hotel is situated in a residential section so if you are looking for easy access to a ton of restaurants, clubs, etc, this location may not be ideal.

Location, excellent
Reception staff, excellent,
Rooms, very good,
bathrooms, need to be up-dated, specially shower area, should have a small wall to avoid the whole bathroom becoming wet when using the shower. Not all bathrooms should be handicap.
Staff at restaurant don't speak English.

Incredibly clean, basic accommodation with really friendly staff. We only stayed in the hotel to sleep leaving at 8am in the morning and returning at 11pm at night as there is so much to see in Berlin. The hotel's location to the tram, train and buses make the city of Berlin so accessible to go anywhere. Plus it's right by an old portion of the Berlin wall! Really great hotel and I would have no issues in staying there again. Please note we didn't eat in the hotel just to lay our heads.
