Very rude unhelpful staff. After being informed we had a motor home to park, weeks before we arrived, when we arrived they told us they were fully booked and there was no space for parking and it wasn’t ‘their problem’.

They also messed up our bill and tried to charge us over 200 euro more on checkout.

The staff were all very unhelpful, rude and made our stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.

Not recommended. The hotel is poorly maintained, spaces are dirty and interior is used up. Nevertheless, the staff is friendly but had difficulties to speak and understand proper German.

I don't know how to express it. The place is beautiful but the rest below average.

When arrived, someone from bar/restaurant just quickly came to reception to check us in, gave us the key and quickly went back without an extra word.

The hotel is not baby friendly at all, chairs everywhere. Our rooms was of a good size, but cleaning was done poorly: someone else's food left in the fridge/minibar, hairs in beds.

A very unfriendly waiter was not speaking English at all, when asked for a cheesecake he didn't even know what that is and complaint that we should speak German.

Breakfast was ok, probably fine for €5 per person.

I probably forgot to mention many other things, but apart from the beautiful place, the hotel has nothing I can recommend. In this times of Covid, we hoped to see a cleaner hotel, at least.

We had such a bad experience when arriving, the owner was so impolite to us. The people working there where afraid of him and it felt really awful. We didn’t stay there in the end, we left to another hotel. Would avoid this place and him.

Pleasant waterfront hotel in an isolated woody location, nonetheless characteristically within Berlin's city limits. Easy retreat, but not far from the bustle of big-city Berlin.

The location is quite nice, the rooms and the breakfast are okay for such a small hotel
