An Austrian Restaurant only a stone throw away from my house. Yes, Wirtshaus Halali is for real. They look like an Austrian, smell like an Austrian and most of all taste like one! For Years, I have been passing this restaurant and looking in wondering how their food tasted, I tried several times to reserve a table but, they were either closed or booked out. It took a Guest from the US, who was here on vacation to encourage us to try once more to get a reservation, this time success! We had an early reservation because our guest had an early flight the next day. We didn't know what to expect, so we opened the door and Bam! An Austrian Restaurant only a stone throw away from my house!

Schon lange leben wir in dieser Stadt, aber in diesen Tagen das erste Mal mit 5 Personen im Halali. Von aussen sieht es etwas unscheinbar aus, das war auch der Grund hier zuvor nicht einzukehren.
Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht. Wir hatten uns nicht angemeldet, aber wurden sehr, sehr freundlich im Garten plaziert. Speisekarte übersichlich und annehmbare Preise.
Wir bestellten vier mal Backhendl vorsichtshalber, da die Größe der Portionen in Österreich nicht nur übersichtlich sind. Es war gut so!!!
Wir waren alle satt, zufrieden und "gemäßtet". Auch das Dessert mundete.
Für ALLE reichte eine Portion mit Zwetschkenröster.
