I stayed at this hotel last week. The location of the hotel is very good as it is close to an U-bahn and a bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There is also a mall in the street opposite to the hotel. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful for any questions we asked them. The room was very nice and also very clean. I had a beautiful view and the rooftop view was also beautiful. This was my first time in Berlin and if I come back I probably will go back to this hotel. I will also recommend this hotel to other people who will go to Berlin.

I am pretty happy with the place, even though first sight is a bit disappointing not looking as good and new as pictures shown. But the room layout is quite comfortable, and location is great! So many restaurants around, many choices for food. The top service area has great view especially sunset! Strongly recommend this place!

Positive: Close to public transportation and shopping areas. Nice staff. Negative: The room does not have AC. Stay in the room during the summer is challenging. It is too noisy to open the windows meanwhile. There is no minibar, no coffee bags. The curtain does not black out the street light. It is absolutely not a 4 star hotel.

It's a great hotel. The price was very fair. The best thing we experienced was the service. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and polite. We were supposed to work the whole day and our check-out time was 12.00 hrs so staff offered us either to extend the check out for a nominal fee or we could use restaurant (which as quite large dining area) or terrace. We chose to sit in the restaurant for a couple of hours where we also attended a few business calls. We asked the hotel staff to turn off the music during our calls and they were happy to do that! Overall we felt very welcomed and almost at home :) I recommend this hotel to anyone for business and pleasure.

This was home for me while I stayed in Berlin for the first time. I can say "Home" because of the wonderfully accommodating staff. They clearly have good team chemistry and were always delightful to deal with. The room was comfortable and well kept. The food was modest but an enjoyable aspect of my visit every morning. I hope to visit again soon!

Average Joe Berlin hotel. Bit old but clean. It is a little annoying to go to the 7th floor to get to reception then get another elevator to get to your room. I mean, it isn't CIA headquarters.
Price was OK too

I stayed in 513 and during the checkout 12.06.2022 at 12:25 I asked for my bill from SARA in the front desk and was a mistake in my wife name, I asked her to correct the name and company adress but unfortunately she was very angry to me and shouting at me that i give her extra job and I must inform her from the beginning about this
