This hotel was clean and well kept. The hotel didn’t have any AC or fan in the room, which was okay as the weather was cold outside but noise is an issue with open windows as this is busy neighbourhood. I found the area to be easily accessible via public transit, lots of places to eat around the hotel, and shop. The hotel offers a breakfast for 19 euros extra which was a bit over priced in my opinion. All things considers, I would recommend this hotel to all visitors wanting a decent hotel, with easy access to public transit, and on a budget.

The rooms are clean and there's towels inside but it lacks air conditioner. You have to open windows to breathe but then if your rooms is on the street side you can't sleep because of the noise of the cars. Bed is comfortable and hot water all the time. Breakfast is also fair.

Room was not cleaned at least once in 4 nights stay. There is no A/C thus we had to sleep with open window and noice from outside. Shower temperature regulator barely worked and at there is some issues with that, was complaining about shower each morning. At least bed is comfortable and the location is good.

Our hotel was pre-paid for 2 adults and 1 child (age 11). Well, at the check-in some shady individual named Ibrahim put us all in a room with ONE bed suggesting all 3 of us share a queen size bed ????. Refused to provide a sofa bed for my son, and demanded we pay $90 per night extra for the bed.
Hotel itself is one step up from a hostel btw (you can’t tell from the pictures but trust me, you will hate it from the minuted you see it from your cab window!)
We ended up abandoning our reservation since they also refused a refund, and we booked an incredible hotel 10 min walk from this dump, called Hotel Luisa’s Place.

Because nobody clean our room during the three days we staid. The second day we asked for the cleaning service and said the authorization form there was sign at the checking time. Even we confirm our desire the room to be cleaned, was not cleaned the rest of the days, since they clean every three days.

Very good hotel. The position is perfect, close to the underground station and to the train station. Close to the center but in a quiet area with shops and restaurants. The structure has been renewed recently. The room is good and totally equipped, also the coffee machine and the tea kettle. The breakfast is very rich and the staff is friendly.

The hotel is ranked 4 stars, but 3 stars are more likely in my opinion. I booked there for a business trip. It was close the cube berlin where the conference was. The rooms are basic. The weather in thise days was very hot with temperatures above 33 degrees. However, the rooms have no air conditioning nor a simple fan could be provided. The breakfast is fair but absolutely not up to the quality standard of a 4 stars hotel. Only the staff is up to the standard required for a 4 stars. The price is not motivated by the overall service provided.
