I wish I could have given 0 stars and even that would have been too much. We paid a horrible rate of more than 200€ for a 12 sqm double room without breakfast - this is ridiculous already. The Chinese lady pushed us to check-in earlier even though we put on the booking that we will arrive after 22:00. Upon arrival she claimed our credit card was not working, then suddenly after some discussion it worked - what a miracle. We have specifically asked for separate beds. In the room there was one bed with one pillow, one blanket etc. She said you have one big bed, your request may or may not be fulfilled. We told her why she hasn't responded to us at booking stage, she said you couldn't have cancelled anyway... which is actually not true either. What a shameful host! NEVER AGAIN! Avoid at all cost!

Unfortunately it didn't even come to a stay at this hotel. I booked through a reseller. When the hotel wanted to confirm my credit card all of them were rejected. (And yes they have enough money on them and worked for various other sites). Sending a mail to them did not even get responded and the next day they just canceled my stay.

Very bad value for money, it looks cheap but it isn’t. The rooms are kind of ok but the rest is really run down, the elevator sounds like a death trap, the toilet on the ground floor warns of an infection risk and we didn’t even had water the next day.

-Bad treatment right at the beginning
-We Didn't get any thing we expected for from the resignation
-the lobby was hot and humid
Really un comfortable
-the respcionest first took our mony and then proceed to tell us that we are not getting the room and bands we asked for
And made really annoying to get the money back

Very tiny room and very expensive for what it is.
Buddy at the desk was nice but that was the only highlight.

Ideal for travelling youth who r keen to save n not fussy abt comforts. Wifi spotty. Svc non existent. Buffet brkfst avg. Ideally located tho'.

Rooms are very small. No proper table available to work.
