Wer hier meckert hat nicht verstanden was man für diesen günstigen Preis erwarten kann. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Verschiedene Berliner Bezirke sind ohne Umstieg mit der S-Bahn direkt erreichbar . Hilfreich wäre eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung mit der S-Bahn. Bis Johannistal, den Bahnsteig über die Brücke verlassen und dabei das Adlergestell überqueren. Von der Treppe geradeaus 300 m weiterlaufen. 1. Die Zimmer waren zwar vom dysine her ganz ob aber es war kommlet veraltet und das eine Fenster könnte man nicht schließen. Und der Kühlschrank war nicht angeschlossen einmal Kamm sogar jemand rein weil er aus irgendein Grund einen Schlüssel hatte.
2. Die duschen brauchen wir nicht drüber reden überall Schimmel und Kalk.
3. Die Toiletten waren Schmutzig und das Fenster war kaputt bei den Männer Klo bei den Frauen weiß ich es nicht aber es waren auch komplett enge Räume.
4. Die Küche alles schmutzig rostige Töpfe Lehre Bier Flaschen auf und in den Schränken und da standen noch alte Gerichte und es war dort schmutzig.
5. Die Waschmaschinen waren auch komplett schmutzig und kosten extra Geld.

Hotel ist nicht zumutbar. Das Zimmer ist sehr leicht gehalten , aber es gibt keine Gardinen oder Rollos, weder ein Mülleimer ist im Zimmer. Man hat eine Gemeinschaftsdusche/WC , die auch sehr runter gekommen ist..Alles rostet und ist verkalkt. Über die Nachtruhe brauch ich gar nicht erst sprechen.. Es ist laut im Gang und aller paar min kommt dort jemand raus .. Neben uns war auch eine Wartungshalle der S Bahn.. Unerträglich..

Grundsätzlich hätte dieses Hotel Potenzial mehr daraus zumachen..
