Quality of the food was fantastic. Ambience was great and service was friendly and efficient. This place will be my go to Indonesian resto in Berlin and it’s even better than the ones in London! Amazing!

Even when we visit Berlin quite often and always look for interesting Asian restaurants, we missed this little gem of Indonesian hospitality for a few years. The place is very charming and nicely decorated. The menu is small but the taste and the quality of the food is very good. This is one of the most authentic Indonesian food we have eaten in Germany. The owner is indonesian and very friendly.

It was a relaxing environment and the shade was incredibly nice because of how hot it was today. The owner is very nice. I thought originally that he was very good friends with most of the guests, but it turns out he is just very good with people and enjoys conversation. He’s easy to talk to and has an open mind.

The food was also delicious and fairly priced for both the area and the portion size.

The neighbourhood is really nice, especially in summer, also the owner is friendly.
The lemper is so good and beru similar to the original in Indonesia.
The sate babi is also good, but not the best. I would prefer it taste a bit sweeter.
Overall it is worth to try :)

Excellent. Best Indonesian food in Berlin for sure. Very elegant interiors and very friendly owner. They don't have a big menu but that is a good thing from my point of view. They always have daily menu with two dishes and a few standard dishes that can be ordered every day. The desert is very good, too. Wonderful place.

Probably the best Indonesian food in Europe: small menu crafted by the Indonesian owner. It's delicious and service is lovely. We had a very nice evening at Handoyo's. I will visit again for sure.

Food was delicious and service was perfect! Super cute place and owners are super friendly. Honestly minced pork spring roll in here is better than in Asia ????100% recommended if you are craving for asian food!It is legit place to visit!
