Called ahead to get a accessible room on ground Level but was given a room in second floor, stairs only... great for wheelchair users. Paper-thin doors, entertaining to listen to talks in the hallway. Rooms were clean and affordable but noisy. Good wifi

This is a good hotel. We booked it as we did not had many options as everyone else was fully booked. It's basic, has clean beds and staff is pleasant. It's conveniently located close to a bus stop which connects to the S5/U5 and if you go out on the right time you can be at the Alexanderplatz in 20-25 minutes. Yes, it's in the east side suburbs but honestly if you don't mind using public transport to get by, go for it and you won't be disappointed.

It could do with some air-conditioning but that's all.

I would definitely stay here again????

Would I really want to stay in this hotel again? Good for budget travelers; breakfast fairly good and cheap. But:
1. I went into a room that was not cleaned: old tissue paper, no towel, no duvet and no pillow.
2. The checking in/out is restricted to certain time (14:00 -22:00) and you have to check out without any staff attending. I found this inflexible nature irritating and annoying as I could not find where to keep my luggage as no staff was around.
3. The hotel charged for a room twice. I didn't check out on time because I wanted to securely keep my luggage but no staff was around. The hotel charged me for an extra night when I didn't sleep there and later still allocated the room to someone else that night (double payment). The worst level of greed and callousness ever experienced.
4. I found the staff insensitive, inconsiderate, without empathy and greedy.
5. Although my feedback might not be statistically significant, be rest assured that this is a fair, faithful and unbiased rendering of my experience.

All good Nice clean not noisy good equipment I’m the rooms .I often get sleep in B1 and always I am happy.

The Hotel is a quiet place. The Rooms are very clean. The Interior is like of the 90's but there is everything whats necessary.

Nice hotel but very far from City. Choose if u want economical but very very far from City. For 2 days trip it's not recommended
