Good hotel with nice rooms. Some stairs to climb to get to the room but there was an elevator. Very tidy rooms!

There was also a music school beneath the rooms so dont expect any sleep before 20:00

It was pretty easy to get to the hotel from berlin HBF. Just take if i remember tram 5. By going some stops with the tram you could connect to s-bahn ring line.

We never met any staff. We just got an email.

We rented a room through airbnb, the room was extremely small, did not match the description. Tram stop outside the window, which made it noisy at night. The room didn’t have the necessary amenities, the hotel staff came into the room without warning. I don't recommend staying here.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is a historic building, no room seems to be the same. Our room for two was fine, not very spacious but good enough. Beds are quite comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the room was made up every day, including Sunday. Staff was friendly, and breakfast was OK. I haven't seen many amenities and services in the hotel. There is no locker in the room, and no tea or coffee. The hotel is only 25 minutes away from Alexanderplatz (using the tram). Public transport is really very good in Berlin. We haven't tried the restaurant.

You don't get a premium hotel, but you don't pay premium prices.

We only went to a dance class taking place on the top floor of the hotel. The people working there seem nice, though it must get really loud every Monday afternoon during the classes.
Would not recommend the dance classes but the hotel seemed cozy and nice. They have a nice buffet set up every time we get there

Rooms are tiny, no aircon, no fan, and in 34 degree heat you need one or the other. The 'Cleaners' dont actually clean anything or change the sheets they just give you new towels and thats it. Breakfast is questionable at best and to top it all off the staff are as rude as hell!

Always smile on face stuff. Very clean hotel steryl almost like in hospital. Poor brekfast. Fast check Inn and check out. Not Best Wi-Fi i can Say that there was no internet. Great pillows. Free parking. Good price.

Very close to public transport (15/20 min to Berlin)
A bit old school, we didn't have any soap in the bathroom, there is no fridge and no way to do washing.
You can NOT count on the hotel to book a taxi. We asked them to book a taxi so we could make it to the airport in time for a flight. The taxi was over half an hour late and the hotel staff offered no assistance with our dilema and told us only after half an hour of waiting that "taxis don't want to come out this way". Very stressful ending to our stay in Berlin.
