Disastrous. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I've been waiting for more than a year and a half for two of the vinyls I bought back in the day, and they haven't arrived. I bought 3 in total, and only one has arrived. The other two remaining ones are in stock, soon they stop being, they are back again... and they never send them to me.
I have already contacted Customer Service several times to solve it, but they do not solve anything at all. I will surely end up asking for a refund, as this is totally unacceptable.
I do not recommend buying anything in this store. It's desperate.

They have an odd customer journey difference from their online shop. Hardly anything they have online is available in store, and when you order online you can’t collect it in store (altho you used to before corona). It’s basically two different businesses and I’m not sure what the point is in having a physical space now tbh. But their online shop is amazing. They just need to join the dots.

I’m really disappointed, after waiting for almost a year for a record to be release, after the release date has been postponed so many times, it ended up not being released, this meant that the record in Discogs increased a lot from that moment til now and is way more expensive than it was last year, if I knew you wouldn’t have stock for this record I would have bought it from the beginning from discogs.

All I got from this was a pathetic apologize and a refund for 9,99 €

Is not only about price, is about playing records you like and not waiting for a year to be turned over and now I need to wait longer and pay more to get my hands on this record.

I’ve been a client overseas for years from this shop, and during every visit I’ve had in Berlin.

They let me pay 350€ of custom fee instead of simply taking a return. I am trying to reach them explain them that i dont want to pay this fee because the goods were only 200€ and the fee is almost twice, they DIDNT HELP ME AT ALL. I am sick to my stomach whenever i think about records because od them. I paid a whole months salary just because they DONT WANT TO take back the records!

not reliable. Don't waste your time with them. They don't respond to emails when you ask about a possible purchase. Imagine if you finally buy something and there is a problem and you want to contact them... You will wait forever...

I made a few orders online and I was in the store twice or maybe three times. Really nice and helpful people. Helped me change my order a few times without any fuss about it. Thank you one more time :) regarding the prices you can see by yourself but delivery cost is reasonable and there is no hidden vat cost. one of the good places out there

This relates to the on-line purchase and customer care support experience.
They are not fully transparent on the delivery cost, and would not do much to fix things. You may easily end up in paying triple the price of records if not super careful! They basically make you cherish your small local record sellers much more.
