A good Biergarten!
Friendly service and good food.
The portion is satisfying and the food is tasty.
We’re quite happy about it.
It’ll be even better if they have a Spielplatz for kids in the garden.
The deserts were pretty good as well.

The food was very nice, so it's a real shame that I have to leave only 2 stars to this venue.
The reason is that a waiter was incredibly rude to me and spoke to me in a very sharp manner, which made me feel uncomfortable.
Secondly, like said in another review, they accepted only German bank cards. I had to walk to find an ATM. I was told on my return I should be prepared in Germany for this, however before and after my visit here, I have not had any similar issue.
Also, quite overpriced for what is essentially pub food.

Decent Schnitzel, proper beer. Just a bit packed and therefore slightly stressful when I was there

Welcome to Berlin, EU. In the heart of one of the main European capital cities, when it comes time to pay you are told that "foreign cards are not accepted". Seriously? Sure, the owner set the rule, waiters say. So the untrustworthy foreigner (me) had no choice but to walk to the closest ATM and withdraw cash, so that the owner has enough to fill his tub and enjoy the rustle of notes when taking a bath (honestly, I have no other possible more rational explanation).
Needless to say I will not return to this place, just hope the waiters will find a better job soon, where they won't be forced to explain the ridiculous house rules to astonished customers.

Ps the sticker on the door (in German, see the picture) just says "Please note that only cash or EC card payments are possible, we do not accept credit cards". Nothing is written about "foreign cards".

The food is alright, the issue we had was with the check: at the end of the dinner we were told they were accepting only German cards and specifically not debit German cards. I was told of a nearby ATM which was unfortunately out of order. Looked for another one on the map, that was out of order too.
Finally after half a mile there was a fully functioning one. Got back to the restaurant where my wife and my 8 month old were waiting for me. Now do you think I got a discount? Hell no! Not even a "we're sorry for the inconvenience". Not even rude, they just couldn't care less
