The reception is friendly, the doctor is super competent, explains in detail what you have, what you should do and why and gives additional recommendations, it even goes quite quickly. I have the feeling that the processes have been perfected without the quality suffering, which I know from other practices.
The practice is usually full, but not overcrowded.
I've been to many doctors and I think this one is definitely one of the better ones.
What I personally can always recommend: communication. If you wait forever for an appointment, just ask, just like if you don't understand something at the doctor's, or similar, it saves you a lot of trouble.
From my experience, clear 5 stars!

Als gesetzlich Versicherter warte ich zwischen 45 min und 2,5h, was bei berliner Ärzten einfach normal ist, ist für mich kein Grund für einen Punktabzug, was besseres darf man leider heute nicht erwarten.. Der Empfang ist freundlich, der Arzt super kompetent, erklärt ausführlich was man hat, was man warum machen sollte und gibt zusätzliche Empfehlungen raus, dazu geht es sogar recht schnell. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Abläufe perfektioniert wurden, ohne dass die Qualität leidet, was ich aus anderen Praxen kenne.
Die Praxis ist meist voll, aber nicht überfüllt.
Ich war bei vielen Ärzten und finde dass diese definitiv zu den besseren zählt.
Was ich persönlich immer empfehlen kann: Kommunikation. Wenn man mit Termin ewig wartet, einfach mal nachfragen, genauso wenn man was beim Arzt nicht versteht o.ä erspart einem eine Menge Ärger.
Von meinen Erfahrungen her, klare 5 Sterne!
