Worst experience ever!
Long time stay for more than 3.5 hours to receive a report that don’t take 2 minutes. We already finished the checkup and stayed from 5:30 pm to 9 pm to receive report. The doctor (Osman) ignored us and continued to call new names of new patients, while my son who was feeling sever pain in stomach and headach suffered all this time without a tablet to relief him.
Racism and unprofessional hospital. Rude staff.

Well… I went there to know what happened to my elbow. They didn’t see a fracture and told me to keep a bandage for 10 days. After I went to an orthopedic who said that I needed a surgery, now my bone has a step (I needed a screw) but it is too late for a surgery because the bone is already calcified.

They treated me well although I had to wait an eternity and I trusted them, but… my elbow was not fixed. (Incompetence or racism ????u200d♀️ no one spoke with me in English but I have a good German level so I could understand everything)
Now I need to keep living with this problem…

Our personal expiriance was quite well. Personal is very kind. We were here with our son, with one emergency issue.

The doctors are amazing but the secretary (her name is Inke, btw) that checked us in treated us very badly. I asked if she could speak English because my wife doesn't speak German. She said: "No. In Germany I speak German". If you're a foreigner or a non-white German don't go there.

Very bad experience. The secretary was so rude when I told her that I can´t speak german, if she could please speak english. Never imagined a reaction like this was possible. Do not go here if you are an Ex-Pat. They will treat you like trash.

Worst hospital ever.
First, the feeling there is that just hate Immigrants and people that they are not Germans! No one wants to talk in English.
Had hand surgery, they made me the local anesthesia and left me to wait 3.30 hours for surgery on a bed outside without telling me what the hell is going on till I went ti ask, I was crying and was really didn’t understand what going on there.
No one just didn’t care.
Just terrible place, who made me really trauma.
Hope no one will get treatments there.
Stay away from this racist place!

Really caring staff, from reception to nurses and doctors to support workers. I'm so grateful for their kindness. Everybody made an effort to speak English or French with me, a Canadian with still-poor-German. Special huge thanks for that. Mad respect for the nurses at station 21 and the OR.
