Small but sweet. Nicely removed from the busy street by trees. Pretty little pond with lotus flowers

Good place to take kids for an afternoon visit. There are swings, slides and trampoline to keep them occupied. Though there is a "Dogs not allowed" sign (most likely because kids tend to run after them), but people do bring their dogs.

Ît's a nice park - especially, since they have redone the main path. It is now very smooth to ride. Beware of wild boars at night time. Very nice place for sledding in wintertime.

We did a round walk from southern end Heinrich-Laehr-Park, up through Schönower Park and crossed the road to the Schweizerhof Park and back via Leo-Baeck-Str to the Heinrich-Laehr-Park. There are a number playgrounds for different age groups and the HLP is popular with dog walkers. There are plenty of wheelchair accessible paths and benches and apart from the pond in the Schönower Park and the hill opposite the Kennedy School the walk is flat. Walk is 5km and took us 1 and half hours. The pond and playground in Schönower Park can be busy, the rest of the walk was quiet.

A really lovely spot to take a breather from busy Berlin life and distract yourself with a walk through one of Berlin's many beautiful parks! Situated just a little walk away from sbahn Zehlendorf, this is also a great place to have a picnic and bring a long the whole family for an easy going afternoon! Dog friendly!
