Popped in here on a Friday evening. It was quite busy but we found seats. Good crowd and atmosphere, Kicker table football in the back was very popular.

Berlin is a very cool city. The bar is very nice, the ambient too. Unfortunately the service was awful. The waitress was very arrogant and mean. We were a big and joyfull group of people and we couldn’t stop thinking that she was very unpleaseant.

The place itself is really cool to stay but the barmaid was so mean, she pushed my friend instead of just saying pardon to take our empty glaces, was arrogant, unpleasant, try to make us pay more that we should just because we are not from berlin, everytime I asked her for a drink she was annoyed, she prefered to take selfie……

Drinks are okay, and fairly priced but the staff are extremely rude.
I asked if I can pay by card as was told no, with a role of the eyes like I asked for something stupid!
Also told I don't tip enough...8 euro round, paid 10. 20% seems high enough to me!

Worst Service Ever. Very arrogant waitress. I came in to ask a question and she didn’t even bother to look me in the face, because she was too busy with her phone. Unfriendly, already. Then I ordered and paid, she needed to give me back 2 euro. I received it in small amounts, like 20x in 1, 2 or 3 cents and few 10 or 20 cents coins. So awful and when I asked her she was like, yeah that’s your change. I normally do tip (!), but why I needed to tip her service when there was no service at all?! I worked in service, please do not work in service if you want to be unfriendly and uneducated. Plus, she made me the wrong drink.

The place is really nice and cozy, but the attitude of the staff is pretty disappointing, and kinda kills the otherwise welcoming atmosphere

The bar is good. They have drinks that are very liquid, seats that reminds you of a real seat and toilets that are basically average toilets. Great night. I would come again with the same people, it kinda became our first bar so that's going nice. The bar is easy to reach from all the stations near by. They also have a lot of options for diner because of the nearby places. The falafel guy that didn't have anything on the menu except for falafel, but that's for another review.
