I ordered and paid for a basket ahead of time. I wanted to surprise someone special on a very special day with this little surprise. I thought everything is going according to plan until I found out package was not delivered.I emailed fruitbox.berlin and they said it was left at the door. I emailed them back and they were not helpful at all. I even said that I will pay again if they can deliver it, but there was no response. They didn't try to solve the problem even when I was ready to pay again! I don't think it was my fault. They just ruined that special day for me. I wish I had never used them or wasted my time on this company and should have looked up for someone with better service.
