Very bed customer service and experience. We bought 3 whole fish and although I asked explicitly to confirm they were cleaned from the scale, we arrived home to find out the weren't. If i wanted to buy uncleaned fish i could have also go to my local Aldi...

Above-par seafood for Berlin. American cuts of beef. Spanish ham. Veal. Rare and out-of-season vegetables including a variety of hot peppers. All kinds of stuff for hungry expats. If you have to ask the price; you can't afford it (especially the wagyu!) Helpful and polite staff!

Very often, up to it is obviously not a mistake, double checked items on the receipt. The so called "Kundenkarte" is useless. One can't be identified by name if the "Kundenkarte" is not available at the checkout. Also the "Kundenkarte" should be presented at the beginning of checkout, not possible to adjust prices afterwards. Truly better quality food than regular stores, now just teach the stuff to operate the software at the cashiers desk.

Beautiful space, fresh veggies, and an all around high-end shopping experience. But accordingly, it is an incredibly expensive store to shop at.

However, their baguettes are the best in Berlin and not at all expensive, so for that alone, it's worth stopping by and taking a look.

Beautiful, excellent shop. Not really big but outstanding. Expensive. Rare stuff. Slightly snobbish. Great.
