You should go up many stairs to reach the gym. The ceiling is too short for a gym. No air-conditioning there are just some open windows. in comparison with other brunches there are lack of equipment.

Normal gym, but very rude staff. I was there with my friend for a trial workout, and they treated us like we stole something from their pocket. The staff should learn to smile. It's free.

It's a good gym but they have everything in German. If you can't speak German, i wouldn't recommend it.

Good staff, clean areas, well organized. Special thanks to Robin and his co worker (bald with a lot of muscles too) they made me feel comfortable and helped me to set up my training skills.

As a response to the owner - I actually checked my email before writing this to ensure that I didn't receive any notification to pause, and I never received any such email. So I'm not sure how you offered to pause my contract; no one called me.

Changing my review because I'm so frustrated with the customer experience here. I was charged for about 12 months during the pandemic without being able to access the facilities. I was also just turned away because my negative corona test hits 24 hrs old one hour later - i intended to be gone by then. On the website, it simply says to bring a test that is less than 24 hrs old, which I brought. Despite this obvious misrepresentation, the guy at the door made me feel like it was my own inadequacy, even after stating that he's turned away over 10 people on his shift today - clearly demonstrating their policy communication doesn't represent actual policy. Even though it's been 2 1/2 years, i think i will end my contract and look elsewhere. Really disappointing as i like the facilities, but as a customer I'm starting to feel like my experience doesn't matter as long as I pay and that is not a nice feeling.

Previous review: I like this gym a lot. Good amount of space and variety. Also a designated women's area is nice. The missing star is due to how binding the contract is. More flexibility would be nice

I went to ask for information and pretty convinced of signing up, as I previously checked and compared online. This coach called Steven was at the reception, such a bad move for the business. I asked whether he spoke English because I'm still learning German, his answer was something rude and sarcastic like: "Here in Germany we speak German." He was completely able to explain me what I asked though, even quite fast, like if his last intention was to welcome me.
McFit and Fit Star are less than 100 meters away, way nicer people there and willing to do their job well.
