It’s not crowded, all the necessary equipment is present and even a sauna, also a good variety of classes. Free WiFi.
The reason I am giving three stars is that I find 15€ for a day pass a very steep price. As someone else mentioned, it’s better value to sign up for Urban Sports rather than directly.

The facility is dirty. The trainers harass their female clients. They charge 80 euros a month which is a scam considering you can train in this filthy facility for free every day if you’re an M member of Urban Sports Club which charges 60 euros a month with access to hundreds of other training locations that are much cleaner, and more respectful towards clients. I never felt so uncomfortable training around training staff than this facility. My advice: DO NOT TRAIN HERE...and if you must, then sign up with urban sports. It’s cheaper, more options and you can put your contract on pause or even cancel if you wish a month in advance. This place will try to steal your money if you try to cancel your contract. Very dishonest, unethical practices.

A sweet, family owned fitness center that offers a contrast to some of the bigger fitness centers in the same area. Here, the personal trainers and staff actually care a lot about your personal wellbeing and take their time to explain and show everything to you (ask repeatedly if needed).
The club is also offering a choice of fitness classes suitable for all kind of tastes and fitness levels. A small wellness area with a sauna (not mixed!) and a bar downstairs with fitness beverages/snacks etc make it complete.
Yes, the place is a bit old fashioned, if you’re looking for bling bling this might not be yours. However, they just recently renovated some areas and I think altogether the atmosphere is good u0026 perfect for reaching your fitness goals.

I went there as USC participant, tried to ask a trainer about two of the equipments and how should I practice on it.. she was telling me that she has another appointments although she didn’t, then she told me I have to pay 30€ for her to tell me this infos.. I accepted it in order to learn something new but at the end I didn’t. I don’t know why just few advices should have costed 30€ extra !!

Great no frills workout place. Solid, reliable equipment, fun classes, friendly reception staff and regular gym-goers ...and a 2 minute walk from seestr. U-bahn
