Today I ordered Jasmine milk bubble tea but it seemed like they actually didn’t have the option. So I was not at all persistent and ready to think of other options, but the staff already started to prepare our drinks. I was a bit puzzled and confirmed if they can really make Jasmine milk tea for us. The staff said yes, so I was relieved and waiting for the drinks to be served.

Then later I saw our drinks being served in completely pink color. Too bad I didn’t take a picture and show how weird it is to have pink drinks served as Jasmine milk tea. I needed to ask if this is really jasmine milk tea. And the staff said it is jasmine milk tea. So I asked “are you sure?” again. Then the staff replied that she put raspberry syrup to it. So I said I ordered Jasmine milk tea and didn’t ask to add raspberry flavor. And she replied that it’s Jasmine milk tea and I should just try it. Being skeptical I tried the pink drink, and I tasted strong raspberry flavor, mixed somehow with Jasmine tea and milk. I think what they did is, they mixed a half of jasmine tea and milk, and added raspberry syrup to it. It tasted really bad that I couldn’t continue drinking it.

If they could tell me earlier that that’s what I would get if I ordered Jasmine milk tea, I would have changed my order. It wouldn't have been a problem at all!

I complained to the store and they said it was my fault. They said all other German customers never complained to them.

I don’t see why it is ever my fault to claim for my correct drink when I get something different from what I ordered.

They could have simply told me that they cannot do it from the beginning, if there is no way to make it, but with raspberry syrup. They didn’t even ask me if that was ok.

I asked for the complete exchange without the payment, but they said I should pay extra 2 Euro for staff’s work remaking the drink. Ok... I understand if they need to work extra and it is true they have to make profit out of it so I paid 2 euro for it.

But still I don’t understand why I needed to pay for what I didn’t even order. Who asked to put raspberry syrup to my drink?? What if I didn’t like raspberry at all, or even have an allergy to raspberry?
Why didn’t you tell me earlier you simply cannot do it?

The lady who made our drinks was really rude and the staff who took our order was together shouting at me to pay the 2 Euro. A few other staffs were staring at me. I felt I was being blamed by the whole group. Terrible...

Make sure you don’t order this very standard drink in other stores called “Jasmine milk tea” at this store ever. Without notifying you that they cannot do it, you will get the strangest mix of their own creation and YOU will be blamed if you claim that’s not what you ordered. Crazy!

The food is delicious! 6eur for a huge portion of mango curry. It was definitely worth it!! The only unpleasant thing is staff. Seemed to be very unhappy to be there and not too friendly.

Delicious rice bowls and gyoza, the bubble tea is a bit too sweet for my taste
