Disregard the service, I ordered a Boston Creme at store. There was no price tag there and charged me € 3.5. I opened Wolt today and found out it costs actually € 2.75. I hope whoever was there got the "tip" happily. Will never visit this store ever again.

very rude staff. I asked for a cold brew. they said they don’t have it. I asked if i can get any ice coffee without milk. The guy simply said “nein”. And was on his phone all the time.

They cancel order without any reason, even claim that the order is cancelled by the customer's request.

I came here today 10/12/2018 at 8:15AM and the guy who attends has bad treatment with the customers.
Another important thing: the coffee is not expresso (It is from a jug) and it is not good. When I want to put caramel liquid (what is free even in the cheapest cafe) he said me that I have to pay extra €0,50.

Coffee is ok, the place is clean and pretty nicely decorated. Service was friendly if not a bit inexperienced (forgot to prepare part of our order). Unfortunately the food (doughnuts and bagels) is not good, very factory like, and definitely not worth the price. Wouldn’t go again.
