The coffee was tasty,the donuts was typical as I expected-sugary guilty pleasure!Great variety of cold and hot drinks,and many kinds of donuts.The staff was doing their best,good English too.My only complaint would be long waiting time to get my order,and supposedly no toilets?Or was Inot looking properly?Anyhow great place to enjoy coffee and and a donut,all close to The Branderburg Gate!

The donuts are really fresh and delicious.
Great taste, I really enjoyed it and most importantly the staff were friendly and very kind.

I don’t know if it was bad timing or if it’s normally this bad but this store seriously needs to sort their $h!t out, iced chocolate and an iced latte with almond milk, that’s all I ordered, the two girls working had an argument about what I ordered and when I reminded them I needed to repeat it 3 times before they actually understood (the staff spoke to each other in English so I spoke in English instead of german) then after 20 minutes my coffee was made, with the wrong milk (luckily it’s not a severe milk allergy or I would’ve been in trouble) I asked again for almond milk, the girl nearly had a breakdown before I said “it’s ok, don’t panic, just make my coffee please”
I also informed them there was a spillage and the bin is overflowing, 25 mins later, the store is empty, I’m about to leave and nothing has been done about it.
This experience cost us €11 and we won’t be back, probably to a Dunkin’ store again.

I can’t believe that Dunkin’ Donuts have store like this. 2 days in a row I’ve been there around 18:00 they never have enough dounats shelf’s almost empty and working time till 10. I was waiting for my coffee 15 min and it wasn’t busy at all,but stuff member with one hand making coffe for customers and other hand busy with phone. Is there no manager there??? Never coming back there again. Hygiene very on a low level.

Donuts were tasty as always, but service was pretty interesting. The guy was into his mind, and he did everything just for a must. Idk what happened with him. Maybe he need a bit more to sleep. But now it’s only 4⭐️

The manager here called Cris is a unreasonable rude man and treats employed unfairly. I worked here from 25 to 29 may 2022. I did not know the way initially so was 15 minutes late to work so this chris blamed me unfairly and told me I did not arrive to work.

I was around Brandenburg Tor but I don't know the way to exactly Dunkin donuts because in the map it shows Unter den Linden 78, 10117 Berlin, Germany but when coming from the U bahn that way is closed n have to come from some other way. i was around at 3.40 there. I think blaming me for lying is unfair and unjust. You also don't give me a chance to explain myself. I might have arrived late but I worked more than 15 minutes more than 9.30 so take consideratio

Very bad experience at this Dunkin Donuts... Average Donut (it's not even good!), poor service, very unfriendly staff (the lady who took my order was unfriendly, the guy who had to do my latte again sighed like ever when I told him to do it with vegetal milk, instead of regular milk), anyway they are not trained to do nice drinks (but they're not really to blame maybe)... It was my first and last time here!
